A NEW PULSE MEMORY DRIVE SCHEME FOR DC-PDP

Abstract

A new pulse memory drive scheme has been devised which makes driver circuits simple and allows reduction of the energy required to charge and discharge panel capacitance. This is done by supplying sustain pulses only to scan electrodes and by driving auxiliary anodes with pulses.
