Development of a low image-lag digital LCTV

Abstract

A new low image-lag digital LCTV has been developed. The response time of 17mS, which is sufficient for TV specifications, has been achieved by a new drive method. In addition, in order to reduce noise occurred by this method, a new noise reduction method has been proposed. As a result, a high image quality has been realized.
