Abstract

The broadband 800W power amplifier for a UHF TV transmitter is presented. This amplifier covers the frequency range of 470〜800MHz with two types of amplifiers, and also can be used for a spare unit of a channel proper type amplifier since both broadband and channel proper type amplifiers are fully compatible in external measurements and specifications.
