SS-12 Electronic Image Sensors For High Resolution Applications : Publishing and Medical Systems

Abstract

Several high resolution EO image sensor devices have been developed for film, document scanning, and medical applications. Line arrays 1×6000,1×12000,area arrays with 1 to 4 Mega pixel resolutions and custom X ray sensors. These sensors are presently integrated in various document, graphics and medical imaging systems and represent the basic building blocks of the totally filmless imaging world of the future.
