Synthesized Use of Video Sequences in Multimedia Database

Abstract

We propose a scheme which generates new video sequences by modifying and synthesizing stored video sequences for efficient and flexible multimedia database. The sequences of Kanji writing are successfully produced from Kanji elements and the feasibility of such a scheme is verified.
