Digital Color Image Reproduction from Negative Film

Abstract

We study color conversion of negative image into positive image in digital signals. Negative and positive images of our study have slightly different position. We averaged images in some blocks, and determined proper block size. 2nd order masking after linear masking is suitable for this conversion.
