An example of a cooling method for SSPA

Abstract

For cooling solid-state power amplifiers(SSPAs) of a satellite news gathering(SNG), we propose a new method using flat plate heat pipes. It is shown that the new method is effective in miniaturizing the size of the SNG and improving on the reliability.
