Abstract

Newly synthesized four diamine derevatives as hole transport layer were investigated in order to improve the durability of organic electroluminescent devices and have sutdied the difference of characteristics between newly synthesized derivatives and TPD. We obtained devices by using TPD2 and TPD3 which are higher luminous efficiency than device using TPD. Glass transition temperature of TPD4 is higher than that of TPD.
