The purpose of this study is to examine efficiency of teacher training in school counseling. In this case conference, all participants discussed in case A were easy to talk to. The school counselor was the facilitator in the group work. The characteristics of this training is to reduce ploblems for a member who presented case A and other group members talked about case A from various points of view. The conclusions are as follows: (1) an experience of problem solving team between teachers and school counselor (2) this kind of teacher training will be a way of preventive approach in school counseling or educational counseling. The teacher training is based on PCAGIP method as a new style group work and it needs further practice and discussion.
