Abstract
The GHQ28 was used to find the effects that residential environments have on women’s mental health during the period from the subjects’ pregnancy up to thirteen months after childbirth. The result show, the areas of convenience, relationship with housemates affected their mental health status. Also, the mental health of those property owners and single house families was poor and as the number of rooms increased, the mental health status deteriorated.
