In recent years, the vacant house dissemination system of living in central city policy has been attracting attention. The approach when the system is operated by the case is various. Moreover, the outcome of each case is seen a difference. Therefore, this study analyzes the related efforts and actual condition of all cases. Then, we clarify the effort required to the vacant house dissemination system for promoting living in central city.
