Abstract
The aim of this study is to make clear the evaluation of the management quality judged by the residents in high managemet level condominium. 1) In high managemet level condominium, residents recognized management as important point. High managemet level is realized by a cooperative residents.2)The new resident knows the quality of the management by the meeting where they learn policy of the management from the management association.3)The manager supporting the management association reduces the burden on residents.
