Abstract
It is thought that the developing of coming city switches over from the control of the city to the management of the city.
But it is thought that the management of the city begins with the management of the area, ”namely ” area management” not
the management of the whole city and considers structure of the” area management”
I divide it into three items about ” area management” About the matter that the first is basic on thinking about the structure
of the making of city to promote ”area management.” The second is urban planning based on the contents of the
