Abstract
Each local government must make the new Housing Master Plan. At just the analysis of housing demands is needed, especially as the spatial structure. The aim of this study is to introduce the method to analyze the trend of housing demands based on the population trend by using the census tracts.
We made new method and studied for the Suburb of Hamamatsu City. As a result, in the future, the housing demand will be decreasing there and the changing of family size will be the important factor for housing demands.
