Abstract
This paper deals with the Local Guidelines intended for the Condominiums, and attempts to clarify the Municipality's deal to the Condominiums. This study is based on the analysis of the regulated Object in the Guidelines, its difference of the time series and a questionnaire to the Municipalities which have recent regulated Object.
From this analysis, it found that recently the Municipality's positive attitude, Management and Design, for instance are appeared in addition to the usual negative attitude toward the increasing People or building up higher constructions. These positive attitude as Management or Design Provision would be desirable to use with another Ordinance or Guideline in order to make it prepare practical effect and flexibility.
