Abstract
This study attempt to anaryze policy for public rental housing in Korea. Eternal public rental housing system for low income family was introdused in 1989, but national budget stoped in 1993. Soul City Goverment continue to build public rental housing in redevelopment area for formaer low income rented housing family.
