Abstract
This paper aims to clarify problems about the property registration of skeleton-infill housing (SI h ousing) in base-building condition and to propose solutions of them. One of the barriers of SI housing is that base buildings cannot be registered and be mortgaged for housing loan in present Japanese property regulations. To solve this problem, we studied the following three methods of the property registration.
1) The way in which units are registered one by one after their infill are finished.
2) The way in which all units including base units (units without infill) are registered at once as “house”.
3) The way in which base units are registered by new name “house without infill” which means units in base-building condition.
The result of studies is that the third method is suitable for the property registration of SI housing. And by this method, order-maid system of infill is supposed to be realized more easily in “Two-Step Construction”.
