Abstract
This paper describes shape measurement of glossy objects by a new range finder, which consists of a co-principal point camera to a projector and a polarization optical system, projects multiple-value structured pattern. The specular light reflected on glossy surface is decreased by a polarization optical system, which consists of a linear polarization projector and polarization filters. Experiments show a high accuracy shape measurement of glossy objects by one shot.
