Abstract
Practical method for predicting wave induced motions, relative motions, vertical accelerations and wave loads of a catamaran running in oblique seas at high Froude numer is presented. This method accounts for three dimensinality, which will be considerable at high speed, of the waves generated by the ship motions and the diffraction of the incident waves. Seakeeping of a high speed catamaran is computed applying this method and the results are presented.
