Abstract
In spite of enlargement of ODA budget in Japanese Govt., there may be no international consultant in the field of Solid Waste Management in terms of international ability and accessibility.If the Japan is willing to pay resposible attention to the international cooperation, the absolute value of economic cooperation would bot be sufficient enough to fulfill a nation's contribution to the world.Without technical cooperation, the economic assistance is not completely effective.In this sense, the Japanese Solid Waste Management Consultant should necessitate to establish a self-regulating system which will be emphasized around the world.
