Abstract
In Saitama Prefecture, proper waste disposal has recently has been difficult because of the increasing and various kinds of wastes. Especially, because Saitama Prefecture is located in the inland area of the Tokyo Metropolis, it becomes harder to acquire lands for middle disposal institution and final disposal sites year by year.
In consideration of this condition, we wrestle with waste countertreatment for the purpose of recycling promotion as waste reducing treatment and wide waste disposal as acquiring final disposal site, i. e.,
(1) As recycling promotion, we come to of treat as (1) disposal wastes aren't treated as waste, (2) people don't dispose waste.
(2) As wide waste disposal treatment in Saitama Prefecture, we are planning construction of Saitama Prefectule environmental equipped center and second wide waste disposal site. We take recognition of the necessity for wide waste disposal site. We take recognition of the necessity for wide waste disposal acess in the Tokyo Metropolis area and treatment of wastes.
