Abstract

In the structural analysis with the use of diffraction, the understanding of a reciprocal space is very important. To tell the truth, this is the same as the understanding of the essence of the quantum mechanics. And, this essence is really the “yad rupam sa sunyata” in the Prajna Paramita Hrdaya Sutra. “Rupam” is form, and “Sunyata” is void. In this paper it is interpreted that ”Rupam” describes “particle”, and “Sunyata” describes “wave”. This describes very simply the complete equivalence of the corpuscular and wave concepts. This paper explains the understanding of the reciprocal space and diffraction by “yad rupam sa sunyata”, which is “SHIKI-SOKU-ZEH-KUH” in Japanese.
