Several concepts of material attractiveness have been investigated by adopting attractiveness (ATTR) and figure of merit (FOM) formulas as well as decay heat and spontaneous fission compositions based on the composition of plutonium isotopes. Those concepts will be applied to evaluate the material attractiveness level of core and blanket regions FBR design during reactor operation.
The 6Li + n reactions are important not only from the basic interest but also from the application point of view. In this work, we study the 6Li+n inelastic reactions applying the 4He + d cluster model to 6Li and using the CDCC approach. We have included elastic and inelastic data at 7.47 and 24.0 MeV neutron incident energies in the calculation. At the present energy, our calculation gives almost good agreement with experimental data.
