The “Bulletin of the Forestry and Forest Products
Research Institute” is a peer-reviewed journal focusing on forests, forestry, wood,
and forest tree breeding published by the Forestry and Forest Products Research
Institute.
Our first bulletin, the “Bulletin of the Imperial
Forestry Experimental Station” was issued in 1904 (Meiji 37), more than 100 years.
The bulletin covers achievements obtained from research and studies by the Forestry and
Forest Products Research Institute. We hope the information will be helpful to
you.
The bulletin covers a wide range of fields

management, forest policy and economics, forest engineering, forest soils,
disaster prevention, meteorology and hydrology, forest entomology, wildlife
biology, mushroom science and forest microbiology, wood properties and
