Using public information, this study aimed to examine the possibility of collaboration and cooperation among fields, such as medical and nursing care, in a local, inclusive community. Apart from medical and nursing professionals, a diverse range of individuals carrying out particular activities while sharing roles are vital in supporting the daily lives of residents in such a community. Because these activities are generally not-for-profit and are not necessarily profitable in their respective businesses, the study suggests the possibility of using a Balanced Scorecard as a method for this purpose.
