With the spread of the new coronavirus that began in 2020, social life was greatly restricted, and the online classes were forced to take place. We organized the discussions that have been made so far by focusing on the institutional aspect of ensuring ethics and ethics in the educational field of medical worker training, which has a high weight on classroom classes, face-to-face classes, and practical training. Until now, the Japanese school system has been strongly governed by the doc-trine of good nature, which seems to have been secured by the tacit knowledge shared by teachers, pupils, and students. Rather than overestimating the ethics of students, it is time to review the system and the room for legal intervention to ensure that the human rights of victims are pro-tected by the legal system and that participants related to the school can spend an enjoyable and meaningful time. I think I’m on the verge.

In this study, we conducted four interview surveys from 2019 to 2020 with the aim of revealing the career consciousness of former foreign students working in Hokkaido from Chinese-speaking countries. This interview survey was conducted on two women in their early twenties who have graduated from a university in Hokkaido for about two years, they talked about travel, business, marriage, etc., consciousness of their career seemed weak. We did not feel the strong will to ”success in Japan” that was seen in the interview survey with international students who came to Hokkaido about 5 years before them, and lived a “relaxed” life such as “be my self” and “looseness”.
