We established a clinical pathway (CP) for outpatients of acute sensorineural hearing loss and facial paralysis. We developed questionnaires asking patients and medical staff about the usefulness of CP. 26.7% of patients said CP was "very useful," and 73.3% said it was "useful." Meanwhile, 30% of medical staff said CP was "very useful," and 70% said it was "useful." There were no patients or medical staff who said that CP was "slightly useful" or "not useful." We consider CP to be useful for outpatient treatment in the department of Otorhinolaryngology.
