To realize economical construction for eliminating utility poles, burying flexible pipes is considered to be effective. However, it is assumed that the risk of communication failure by creepage phenomenon of flexible pipe is higher in comparison with current pipe. In order to clarify the occurrence condition and the mechanism of this phenomenon in flexible pipe, we conducted an experiment in which the car ran on the road where flexible pipes were buried. As a result, the mechanism is the same as that of current pipe, prediction of creepage by ground conditions is difficult because that displacement is less than 0.02mm. Boundary distance between car and pipe where the phenomenon doesn't occur is also certified.
