Present paper showed an investigation on how far the influence of easily seizing extended in data from a cluster of cattle. We prepared two clusters (each of 20 cattle) ; cluster (A) consisted of about 12 months old and cluster (B) about 13 months old. Properties of blood and components of gastric juice were inspected clinically. In cluster (A), concentration of total protein and ammonia in blood and a ratio of acetic acid against total volatile fatty acid (VFA) were higher in first captured 5 animals than in last one. In cluster (B), concentration of total volatile fatty acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, valerianic acid in blood and a ratio of acetic acid against VFA were higher, and a ratio of propionic acid against total VFA were lower in first animals than in last one. Therefore, properties of blood and components of gastric juice were different between first and last captured animals. Sampling data according to ranking of easily seizing in a cluster could not keep the randomly sampling.
