A multilevel production system is useful for managing a large corporation with various divisions. This kind of production system can be formulated as a multilevel decentralized system. In a three-level decentralized system consisting of a headquarters, several divisions and factories, decisions must be made considering not only competition with others but also coexistence with the social environment in the pursuit of the overall development of the corporation. This paper formulates a mathematical model for this kind of multiobjective three-level decentralized system. A method is proposed for generating all the nondominated solutions to the mathematical model. A numerical example is demonstrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
