    This paper is concerned with the determination of capacity of a single runway STOL port. An automated air traffic control procedure for landing and take-off is proposed which takes into consideration the delays of the aircraft to control commands, the variations of the approach speeds due to wind velocities, etc. Capacity of a single runway STOL port using the proposed procedure is determined, using digital simulations and queuing theory. The effect of various factors, such as length of common path, time and distance separation rules, the variations of the related quantities, etc. on the capacity is discussed.

    The incompressible laminar boundary layer along generatrices of a wavy wall is analysed referring to a curvilinear coordinate system.
    Applying a new variable transformation the equation of motion for a wavy wall can be transformed to that for a flat plate.
    It is found that the non-similar solution of boundary layer for a wavy wall can be obtained by only the transformation of variables in the similar solution for a flat plate.
    Comparing with Blasius profile the velocity distribution is fuller on the convex part of the wall and thinner on the concave part.
    In the limit of the present first approximation the skin friction is found to be equal to that of Blasius' solution.
    Comparing the velocity profiles and skin friction with measured values in our experiments a good agreement is obtained.

    Stresses in the swept-back box-beam subjected to the transverse load are analysed in the method similar to that of the author's foregoing paper, in which the muti-bayed unswept boxbeam is easily analysed by considering the deviation stress from that of engineering beam theory. In the swept-back box-beam, it is found at first that the engineering beam theory must be modified, and stresses are divided into stresses of modified engineering beam theory and of deviation. The deviation stress equations for swept-back box-beam are derived and whole equations are easily solved by successive approximation as the unswept box.
    Due to the fact that the first approximation of these deviation stress equations approximates well to the rigorous solution, it is clear also in the swept-back box-beam that the design of the optimun size of structural componets is directly evaluated in satisfactory accuracy by considering the first approximation.
    Effect of the carry-through is similarly treated.
