Abstract
The power transmission system witch uses paradox gear reducer and frictional force of clutch unit or brake unit was developed. It is an important problem for this system to stabilize static friction torque by the friction. This study is aimed for the stabilization of the clutch unit, and examination of the optimization of the parameter to affect static friction torque was performed with quality engineering. As a result, the dispersion of static friction torque decreased about 40%.
