Design of the Lid Using the Processing Technology to Suppress the Cost

Abstract

There are many cute designs expressed by unevenness and metallic gloss for the design of the recent compact. But it is necessary to manufacture one metallic mold to one design to manufacture these, and therefore time and the cost are needed. When using, there is almost no compact from which the design changes dynamically. So, the In-mold molding technology and the DT-mold technology which can respond to the various needs in the short period, can expand the width of the design, and can reduce a making cost, were applied. In this report, we describe applied processing technology and design process. And we propose some designs of the compact with an element of "cute" and "beating fast".
