    肝硬変症乃至いわゆる前硬変状態の患者血清中には恐らくheterogeneousで,かつほぼ疾患に特異的と考えられる異常なγ-グロブリン成分の存在が確認され,われわれの肝硬変症血清γ-グロブリンから作製した抗血清を健康者多価血清で吸収した抗体成分と,一般肝疾患患者血清との間の沈降反応は肝硬変症の診断に有用と考えられる.なお,本反応と一般肝機能検査,血清蛋白分画値及び肝生検による病理組織所見との関係を検討し,血清硫酸亜鉛試験(Kunkel),血清γ-グロブリン値の増加ならびに間質のfibrosisの程度と比較的密接な関係が認められた.さらにこの異常蛋白成分の産生機構について若干の考察を加える.

    The purpose of this paper is to examine how Fukuda Tsuneari (1912-1994), a Japanese critic, tried to achieve his vision of catharsis through his play Akechi Mitsuhide (1957), an adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth. Fukuda translated and directed most of Shakespeare's plays, and adapted some of them. It is curiously enough that Akechi Mitsuhide was staged before Macbeth by his translation.

    For him, Macbeth was an ideal hero to regain catharsis, which he thought was lost in the modern times. He came to think narrative possibility of history could be a formula to restore a tragedy, as Shakespeare did. Setting in the Age of Provincial Wars, he transposed Macbeth into a Japanese historical play.

    In conclusion, what he wanted to represent was not Macbeth itself but a historical play and tragic catharsis with it. In other words, he had to confirm it before staging Shakespeare.

    In coordinate metrology and vectorial tolerancing, associated features (Gaussian substitute features) are normally calculated from measured data sets of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). Then, the associated features are compared with the nominal features which are indicated on the drawings. The associated features are calculated using least squares method and expressed without geometrical deviations. The novel data processing method for geometrical form with geometrical deviations has been developed. In the method, every geometrical form can be processed with its geometrical deviation which is calculated from the measured data set using Gaussian (least squares) method as a standard variations σ. Using the method, the geometrical deviations of 2-D geometrical features can be calculated. This directly implies that these values and these calculations can be used for the evaluations of measurement uncertainties and a computational tolerancing.
