Abstract
2020 was the year in which the COVID-19 pandemic emerged leading urgently to the implementation of non-face-to-face educational dynamics such as on-line lectures. In the Republic of Korea, the on-line learning management system which was adopted nationwide by educational institutions in the 2010ʼs, became the key to overcome this situation. The current paper focuses on the South Korean National Informatization Policy on which this E-learning system was established. The 6th phase of ICT in Education policy coincided with the outbreak of the pandemic, which required the establishment of administrative information systemization and learning management systems. In order to examine this, I have selected a course on Computer Graphics carried out in the first half of 2020 using the above mentioned system, from which I have reached the conclusions that there is a ʻdivisionʼ between teachers and students in non-face-to-face lectures, and that there are some differences in “perception” through use of mechanical devices.
