Abstract

Five oppiid species of oribatid mites, Oppiella nova(Oudemans), Lasiobelba remota Aoki, Machuella ventrisetosa Hammer, Ramusella sengbuschi Hammer and Interoppia rostroreticulata sp. n. were found in Yunnan Province in China. These species are reported for the first time from China except for the first species. A new taxonomical arrangement is proposed in the subfamily Granuloppiinae. Hammerella pectinata(Aoki)comb. n. and Ramusella tokyoensis(Aoki)comb. n. are suggested.
