Erratum to: Changes of practice on out of hospital cardiopulmonary arrest during the COVID-19 pandemic: a cross-sectional survey of SOS-KANTO 2017 study

In the article by Nobuya Kitamura et al., entitled “Changes of practice on out of hospital cardiopulmonary arrest during the COVID-19 pandemic: a cross-sectional survey of SOS-KANTO 2017 study” which was originally published on November 10, 2023 (Annals of Clinical Epidemiology 2024;6(1):12–16. https://doi.org/10.37737/ace.24003), a correction is needed.

In the Discussion section, the citation number was incorrect. Reference ⁷⁾ should be corrected to ¹⁰⁾.

Corrected sentence:

“Although the AHA interim guideline¹⁰⁾ declared a potential benefit of early intubation to prevent a spread of the viruses, our survey revealed that only 22% of 42 hospitals followed this recommendation.”

This correction does not affect the original conclusions. The authors regret the error.
