Abstract
Influences of phase structure on adhesive properties of IPN type adhesive films made from epoxy and acrylate resins were investigated. It was found that adhesive properties of the IPN films depended strongly on change of phase structure, which was caused due to change of composition of epoxy/acrylate mixtures. Especially, in the vicinity of the composition at which phase inversion occurred. The IPN adhesive film showed maximum value of adhesive force. This results suggest adhesive properties, such as peel strength, of the IPN films of epoxy/acrylate mixtures can be controlled by phase structure which is dominated with composition of the mixtures and amount of initiator of photo polymerization.
