Abstract

Thechemicalrecyclingofunsaturatedpolyesterresinwastedischargedinthebuttonmanufacturing,FRPwastedischargedintheseptictankmanufacturingandpolyesterresinwasteofthePETbottlewastewasexamined.Apolyesterresinwastewascrushed,anditdecomposedinthehydroxycarboxylicacid,andthedehydrationwascondensedasitiswithoutrefiningthedegradationproduct,itwassynthesizedintheunsaturatedpolyester,p-Hydroxycinnamicacidwasmadetoreactwiththedegradationproductinthedecompositioninthesaturatedhydroxycarboxylicacid,andtheunsaturatedpolyesterwasgot.Decompositionandsynthesisweredoneinthereactionofsamevesselinunsaturatedhydroxycarboxylicacidssuchasthepropyleneglycol-maleicanhydrideadduct,andtheunsaturatedpolyesterwasgot.APETbottlewastewasresolvedinpropyleneglycol-maleicanhydrideadduct(Mn=418,Mw=511)at240℃,for1hr,anddegradationproduct(Mn=928,Mw=1,622)wasgot.then,bycondensingfor2hour.at210℃,unsaturatedpolyester(Mn=3,148,Mw=8,797)wasgot.
