Colored Petri Nets (CPN) is a graphical oriented language for design, simulation and verification of system. It is in particular well-suited for systems in which communication and resource sharing. And the Nuclear Digital Instrument & Control System (NDI&C) is one kind of typical control system which holds a number of distributed calculation resource and demanding dependable. This paper strives to find a mode to induct the CPN methodology into these phases of NPI&C-design, validation and maintenance.
