Proliferation Resistance is an increasingly popular concept. However, its impact on the whole proliferation risk has to be quantified to prove its effectiveness. A model has been developed based on the PR&PP methodology and interviews of experts. This model will allow quantifying the weight of Proliferation Resistance among other factors.
