Abstract
Both stochastic and deterministic techniques have been investigated resulting in a model which can be used either to simulate diurnal weather patterns, using Monte Carlo techniques or can be used to generate the sequence of past events. The model contains both deterministic and random terms, allowing a good fit to the original data as well as modification of the pattern for realism.
