In the present study, we propose a wavelength selective emitter by using Graphene Metasurface. Graphene Metasurface consists of graphene ribbon array, potassium bromide thin film and silver substrate. Geometric parameters of Graphene Metasurface is determined based on equivalent circuit model that agrees well with the result of electromagnetic field analysis (Rigorous Coupled-Wave Analysis). The proposed emitter causes impedance matching depending on the conductivity of the graphene ribbon at very narrow wavelength range. Therefore, the proposed emitter shows emissivity of 100%, narrowband peaks with high quality factor and active controllable switching, for various wavelengths. This study may facilitate the initial design of wavelength selective emitter by Graphene Metasurface.
