Abstract

With the development of the Internet and digital technology, various contents have been made and used by all the people. Especially using a cellular phone with a digital camera, photo-contents can be made easily anywhere and anytime. In this paper, we propose a method of metadata description for the above photo-contents to distribute on the Net freely.
