Abstract

The “ barrier -free movie” , and people who suffer from a variety of access barriers in order to watch a movie , that movie create an environment so that both can enjoy the movie . Since 2001 , and tell activities and of City Lights , which has supported the movie of the visually impaired , the current situation , such as know-how and delivery method of “movie voice guide ”, which began to build through its activities , permanent Universal Theater It tells the dream of the establishment .
