Abstract
For evaluating the air flow and sound characteristics of straight ducts, elbows and divided-flow fittings of glass fiber duct systems, the variations of ducts are studied. Experimental methods to evaluate air flow and sound characteristics of glass fiber duct systems are described. Pressure loss, sound attenuation and sound insulation characteristics of duct wall are discussed.
