Abstract
The influence of the land use data on the accuracy of an urban heat environmental numerical simulation is examined, and the application limit of the calculation model that assumes the surface boundary layer in the city part is clarified. As a result, it was made clear that the ground surface temperature can be simulated more accurately by using the MSS data than by using any other data and the mesh width of the horizontal direction less than around 200m exceeds the application limit of the calculation model since the influence of the difference of the mesh width of the land use data on the calculation accuracy which comes from comparing with the observation of surface temperatures is examined.
