ADVANCED CONSIDERATION OF THE SLIDER IN THE METHOD OF MEASURING THE SLIPPERINESS OF WET FLOORS WITH BARE FEET

Abstract

In this paper, the authors reconsider to improve the slider in the method of measuring the slipperiness of wet floors with bare feet. First, sensory tests for making psychological scale of slipperiness were carried out with many and various wet floors. Next, they studied on the adaptability of C.S.R'•BF with many and various wet floors by using psychological scale. Then, the new slider of ONO•PPSM (ONO•Portable Pull Slip Meter) was developed, corresponded to psychological scales. Finally, the relation between a measured value (C.S.R'•BF 2) with the new slider of ONO•PPSM and the evaluation scales were presented as the evaluation indexes.
