Abstract

The biaxial test facility “E-Isolation” is completed and its measurement accuracy is examined in the paper. Its measurement link system for specimen’s horizontal force was originally developed, and has been updated for more than 20 years by Kasai et al. The paper lacks recognition and reference to such previous works. Some technical contents of the paper are also highly questionable.
