Abstract
According to the worsely changing condition in the central area, some groups of small enterprises are trying to remove to the new estates in the suburb. This article is a case study on the group of Hardware Wholesale Shops who are preparing to develop their new estate at the fringe of urban area. The results of the inquiry survey to each enterprise show that the ratio of the enterprises who want to participate increases according to the larger scale of the enterprises. This means the new estate will be developed chiefly by the larger class enterprise and there will be remained the large part of small enterprises in the congestion of the central area. Then, the types of removement demand are anlysed as a 3 types. The first is a case of perfect removement which is much seen in the smaller enterprises. The second is a case of a establishing new branch. The third is a case of functional division of additional storage or board of the workers. This type is seen much in the larger group. These different attitudes to the removement vill be a important problem when they want to get rapid effect of group location in the new estate.
